WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE TO MAKE MY PURCHASES?

On Declea.com you can make payments with credit cards, PayPal, PostePay, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Aura, and in installments with Afterpay or Klarna.

Otherwise upon delivery, therefore by Cash on Delivery: By choosing this method, payment must be made directly to the courier at the time of delivery, exclusively with cash. This service involves a supplement of €5.00 on the total order. It will not be possible to use the mark for orders containing one or more personalized products.

Bank Transfer: Choose this method during checkout, and you will receive the data necessary to make the transfer via email. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed once the sum paid has been received by the bank, an operation which generally takes place in 2/3 working days.

IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ON DECLEA.COM?

Yes. The data you enter is transmitted in encrypted form, and for card transactions the security code number (CVV2) is required which is found on the back of the card. Only if you have the card physically in your hands can you read it and does not remain stored on our website.

CAN I HAVE AN INVOICE MADE PAYABLE TO MY COMPANY?

Yes. Just choose the company option from the personal data and enter the required tax data.


Shipping

CAN I GET MORE INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING?

Shipping of products purchased on declea.com is ALWAYS FREE throughout Italy for orders starting from €200. For orders under €200 the shipping cost is €9.90

HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery times are 48/72 hours for all products, with the exception of personalized ones (by color and/or size) for which delivery times will be 8 working days.

For islands and remote locations 1/2 working days more.

WHAT SHOULD BE WRITTEN IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

To ensure delivery takes place without any difficulty, please remember:

  • indicate precisely the name or number on the doorbell of the house, if different from the shipping information
  • indicate the exact house number and the specific postal code of the area
  • indicate a telephone number at which the recipient can be contacted.
CAN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS BE DIFFERENT FROM THE INVOICING ADDRESS?

Yes, during the payment process you can indicate a shipping address different from the one you entered to register.

WHAT MESSAGES WILL I RECEIVE REGARDING THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation email when you place it, and a shipping confirmation email when the order leaves the warehouse to be shipped to the address you indicated.

THE COURIER CAME TO THE ADDRESS INDICATED BUT I WAS NOT PRESENT, WHAT HAPPENED?

After an initial delivery attempt, the courier will leave you a notice of its passage and will contact you to set a new delivery date. If you want, you too can contact the courier when you receive the notice.

If the recipient finds a non-delivery notice left by the courier, he must take care to follow the instructions on the notice


Returns Policy

CAN I RETURN THE GOODS PURCHASED?

You have 15 days to return the products purchased on declea.com from the moment of delivery, with the exception of personalized products (by color, shape and size), products without original packaging, and discounted products belonging to the "sales" category, which they cannot be returned.

DOES THE RETURN COST?

Return shipping costs are FREE . The return of products purchased on declea.com/it is always FREE .

I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM, WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR MAKING THE RETURN?

The products you intend to return must be in the same condition in which you received them, so do not throw away the original packaging immediately if you are not yet sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR PROCESSING A RETURN CORRECTLY?

Prepare the package: Place the item or items you intend to return inside a box (preferably the original one or another similar in size and strength) and pack it carefully.

Communicate the return: Contact our Customer Service, by email, by telephone, or through the contact form, and communicate your return intentions by specifying your order ID and the product or products you intend to return.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Any damaged products must be communicated within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of delivery. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service
