For orders under €29.90 the cost of "Delivery to the BRT collection point" is €4.00.
Alternatively, shipping is always free throughout Italy for orders starting from €79.90 by choosing the shipping method: Poste Italiane.
For orders under €79.90 the cost of shipping with Poste Italiane is €9.90*
*For Calabria and Islands the cost is €11.90
Delivery time
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on the weekend are processed starting from the following Monday morning as well as any order placed after 12:00 am processed on the following working day (Monday - Friday).
As soon as the package is handed over to the designated courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking code.
The order is entrusted to the courier within 8/10 working days*
except orders containing customized products (by color and/or size) which will require 10/12 working days.
For islands and remote locations, delivery will take 1/2 working days longer.
(Times may vary based on promotional periods, sales or holidays)
- indicate precisely the name or number shown on the doorbell of the home, if different from the shipping information
- indicate the exact house number and the specific postal code of the area
- indicate a telephone number at which the recipient can be contacted.
Can the shipping address be different from the billing address?
Yes, during the payment process you can indicate a shipping address different from the one you entered to register.
What messages will I receive regarding the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email when you place it, and a shipping confirmation email when the order leaves the warehouse to be shipped to the address you indicated.
The courier went to the indicated address, but I was not there. What happens now?
After an initial delivery attempt, the courier will leave you a notice of his passage and will contact you to set a new delivery date. If you want, you too can contact the courier when you receive the notice.
If the recipient finds a non-delivery notice left by the courier, he must take care to follow the instructions on the notice
